Academic qualifications not enough, work on serious character deficiencies-Pastor to youth

The Resident Pastor, Royal Temple of the International Central Gospel Church; Rev. Charles Aggrey says a lot of the youth in Ghana have serious character deficiencies despite their amazing academic qualifications.

He says academic qualification alone is not enough to make one successful in any chosen endeavor.

He says for instance that most youth are lazy and tend to blame their failures on witchery. “Unfortunately, we have pastors helping them”, he lamented.

He charged the youth to build character and delete every temptation from their surroundings. “Remove that pornography from your phone and sanitize your surroundings so that you don’t get tempted”, he charged.

He said by so doing they will avoid a lot of sins and their prayers will be answered.

The Pastor, who was speaking at the 3rd edition of the Mountain Builders Network’s monthly Seminar at the True Vine Hotel in Kumasi asked young Christians to take lessons from the life of Daniel.

Rev. Aggrey was speaking on “Daniel strategy for career success”.

He explained that Daniel was excellent in all his endeavours and feared nothing, even when he faced the lions.

“Fear will make you compromise”, he told the youth and encouraged them to practice what he called “offensive Christianity”.
