Employees deserve equal right and respect – BAF Director

Nana Ama Amuzu, Director of the Bryan Acheampong Foundation, says all employees deserve equal rights and out most respect regardless of their academic standing as individuals.

She said organizations must honor their employees in order to encourage them.

In a message published on the organization’s Facebook wall, Mrs. Amuzu stated that the Bryan Acheampong Foundation gives utmost importance to the hard work of every employee and believes in giving them equal rights., [adding]

“This May Day, the Bryan Acheampong Foundation does not just celebrate a day off our working hours, we also honour and appreciate the hardworking men and women who have made this country what it is”.

This year’s theme “Uniting Workers for Social and Economic Advancement” fits well with the aspiration of our organization to be the best in leading sustainable development in the Kwahu East District”.

In a rather appealing tone, she called on organizations to safeguard the working class in all respect.

“We all should safeguard the working class in all respects that we can do, for it is indeed a special workforce that put in efforts for their wellbeing and better lives”

This May Day, the Bryan Acheampong Foundation does not just celebrate a day off our working hours, we also honour and appreciate the hardworking men and women who have made this country what it is.

This year’s theme “Uniting Workers for Social and Economic Advancement” fits well with the aspiration of our organization to be the best in leading sustainable development in the Kwahu East District.

Our organisation gives utmost importance to the hard work of every employee and believes in giving them equal rights.

This celebration has become a historic significance all over the world and celebrated by the Labour unions worldwide.

We all should safeguard the working class in all respects that we can do.

We seize the opportunity to wish all workers a happy May Day.
