You will be arrested if you share sex tape-Maurice Ampaw

Maurice-AmpawPopular lawyer, Dr. Maurice Apaw has warned that, those sharing the leaked sex tape of a lady believed to be a first year Land Economy student at KNUST could be arrested if they are caught.
He says nobody in Ghana has the right to display the images of someone in public or to take a video of a sexual act. According to him, those spreading the video are also at fault and could be arrested. He added that, if the lady was aware of the video, she could also be arrested.

Hundreds of students of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST on Monday night converged infront of the independence hall to have a look at the lady believed to be at the centre of a recently leaked sex tape which has gone viral on social media. This has attracted reactions from the student body, university authorities and the general public.

University Relations Officer of KNUST, Mr. Ankamah Lomotey in an interview advised students to focus on the primary reason for which they were admitted into the university.

KNUST UTAG Vice president who doubles as the head of department for Modern Languages, Dr. Charles Marfo in an interview with David Akweterh on luv fm, described it as an act of “stupidity” and is calling on the university authorities to take action. He says the culprits should be punished even if they have to be sacked.
