The Western North Regional Minister and MP for Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Constituency has warned residents of Asawinso, Merewa, Nkronua and surroundinging communities against stealing materials meant for the construction of their deplorable road. He says anyone found culpable will face the law.
Kingsley Aboagye Gyedu issued the warning when handed over the road to Memphis Metropolitan Limited for construction.
He explained that the road, which stretched from Sefwi Asawinso to Nkoronua Anaafo has been in a bad state for a very long time and expressed gratitude to the President for coming to their rescue.
He expects the road to be done within 24 calendar months.
