Richmond Antwi Boasiako nominated for the YOUNG LEADERSHIP AWARD

Royal FM’s General Manager, Sir Richmond Antwi Boasiako, known in Media Circles as Sir Rich, has been nominated for the Young Leadership Award for using the media to promote social cohesion, Development Journalism and Kingdom Matters.

The United Clergy International Association (UCIA) in collaboration with Bishop Anoff Ministries Incorporated says, General Manager, Sir Richmond Antwi Boasiako is a “Man of honor, distinguished in every respect in media practice, and a beacon of hope” for using his ‘Yeresua Ade3’ Morning Show to promote community, educational, Health development and human empowerment, hence, this award to celebrate him”.

Richmond joins previous award winners like Ghana’s former Aviation Minister, Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah, MP for Manhyia North, Hon. Collins Owusu Amankwah, former Deputy Youth and Sports Minister, Hon. Joseph Yammin, Dr. Paul Ansah, Director General of the Ghana Ports and Harbors Authority (GPHA), Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako (Chairman Wontumi), Founder of the All People’s Congress, Dr. Hassan Ayariga, Blogger and Editor of www.rawgist.com, Bernard Buachi,  among others on the UCIA’s Hall of Fame and Development Pillars List.

The former Chronicle Reporter and employee of Starcom Broadcasting Services, has endeared himself in professional media practice for development and is being rewarded for his meritorious contribution towards national building.

He will be going for his award in addition to other award winners at this year’s UCIA 5th Anniversary Awards at the Rhema Worship Center at Bogoso in the Western Region on Sunday February 17, 2019.

He tells Royal News that he is mostly grateful to God, his Mentor, Rev. Kojo Ackaah-Kwarteng, General Manager of Onua Fm and a host of others including his wife, Mrs. Barbara Antwi Boasiako and his current employers, Georichcat Company Limited, Operators of Royal FM for their guidance and inspiration.

Board Chairman, Hon. George Dadzie, former Western Regional Council of State Member, and the entire management, entreated all staff and Wasaman in general, to help celebrate Sir Richmond Antwi Boasiako, for his contribution towards positive media practice for development and shinning with Royal FM.
