The Deputy Ashanti Regional Police commander, ACP Osei Kwaku Ampofo-Duku who addressed the press stated that the police is not leaving any stone unturned in their quest to stop crime in the region.
“They are giving us tough times and believe you me, we have also developed tough skins for the tough times we are getting from the criminals. Tough times in the sense that we are almost everywhere both day and night but crimes get committed. Before you get information about it, they are finished and gone”, he said.
He also called for public assistance in the fight against crime, reminding the public that security is a shared responsibility.
