NPP lady praises Nana Addo for nominating physically challenged as DCE…

A member of the New Patriotic Party in the Ejisu Constituency has praised President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo for nominating a physically challenged person as District Chief Executive for  Sekyere Central District.

President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo released the list of MMDCEs Sunday after a long period of suspense during which former MMDCEs continued to act.

The release of the list saw Mr. Benjamin Kingsley Koduah emerge District Chief Executive of the Sekyere Central District; a nomination that was greeted with a lot of funfair and admiration.

Many in the locale reveal that Mr. Koduah has worked hard for both the party and the people of the area and is deserving of the position.

Madam Abigail Adjei, said she was impressed the President was able to take cognizance of Mr. Koduah’s hard work. Madam Abigail Adjei said her investigation revealed that Mr. Koduah, in spite of his physical limitations has worked assiduously for the NPP since 1992 in various capacities.

She praised Mr. Koduah for being a good example to persons with disabilities and encouraged other persons who had physical disabilities not to look down upon themselves  but work hard and shine wherever they find themselves.

Some Notable contributions of Mr. Koduah 

Madam Abigail Adjei said her investigation revealed that Mr. Koduah has served as Polling Agent, Youth Organizer, Campaign team member as well as Communications team member of the party from 1992 till date. He has also served as Assembly Member for Beposo West Electoral Area from 2002  to 2006 and from 2015 to date. He has also served as a Member of the Board Governors of the Ghana Muslim Mission SHS, Beposo from 2019 to date.

Mr. Koduah also served as an Executive Committee Member of the Party from 2017 to 2019 and  Finance and Administration subcommittee member from 2019 till date.

Appeal to Assembly Members

Madam Abigail Adjei is appealing to the Members of the Sekyere Central District Assembly to confirm Mr. Koduah’s nomination unanimously to ensure that the good intentions of the President are attained through Mr. Koduah. She also believes Mr. Koduah’s confirmation will help the NPP consolidate her votes and garner more votes in the country’s next General Elections.
