MP’s boy attacks NPP woman at Agogo

Ghana News-One Akili Bobo, an aide to the Member of Parliament for Asante-Akyem North, Andy Appiah-Kubi has allegedly attacked a lady by name, Yaa Akyiaa at Agogo.

The alleged culprit in the attack, succeeded in inflicting wounds on the lady as blood oozed from the face of victim.

Narrating the incident to this reporter, an eye witness by name Sister Fausty said Akilibobo from nowhere hit the face of Yaa Akyiaa with a stone.

The stone, Fausty claimed succeeded in cutting deep the face of Yaa Akyiaa rendering her unconscious momentarily.

‘’My brother after a disagreement on why our MP and the DCE have refused to give our wards jobs to do, Akili Bobo who is known for working for our MP, Andy Appiah Kubi took offence and attacked Yaa Akyiaa with a sharp stone’’, Sister Fausty noted.

VICTIM:

Speaking to this reporter today, Yaa Akyiaa the victim of the stone attack recounted how she suffered a black out after she had been hit with a stone.

She said after a momentary disagreement between herself and Akili Bobo, the latter attacked her on the blind side.

The attack, she narrated sent her to the ground and was only resuscitated by some bystanders including Sister Fausty.

‘’My brother as I speak with you I have been given a medical form by the Police to visit the hospital’’, Yaa Akyiaa noted.

MORE TWISTS:

Speaking to this reporter, Dennis K. Appiah, a former polling station executive narrated his ordeal at the hands of thugs linked to the current MP.

He said the thugs beat him to pulp for daring to challenge moves to stop him from contesting for the position he held before the polling station polls last year.

CULPRIT:

Akili Bobo, as at press time was giving his caution statement to the Agogo Police.

He, therefore, requested that he speaks to us later in the day since he was not in a position to give more details out.
