Ghana’s President coaching gay community – Politician

Ghana News–Former Deputy Ashanti regional minister; Joseph Yammin has accused President Akufo-Addo of coaching the LGBT community on how to get homosexuality legalized in Ghana.

The career politician is appalled at the “lame” responses the President gives whenever the issue of gay rights in Ghana comes up.

He says beside the fact that the President’s answer to the “gay question” is weak and does not state the country’s position strongly enough, the President is going a step further to “coach the gay community on how they can win in Ghana”.

He called on Pastors to also be bold to demand clarity from the President as far as his stance on “gay issue” is concerned.

“Our Pastors are quiet and are dancing around the subject. Let our President speak like the Kenyan President has done on the subject”, he told rawgist.com’s Bernard Buachi.

  1. Yamin and his NDC are seeking unnecessary attention. Nana has never endorsed gay practice in Ghana and will never ever do so. NDC is doing this mischief out of frustration.
