Radio Entertainment host Kwame Scientific has donated to his alma mater; Prempeh College as part of his birthday celebration.
The donation; comprising stationery and students’ diaries were part of the entertainer’s quest to give back to society.
First year students of the college who received these donations were excited both at the donations and at the sight of their radio icon and alumni.
Kwame Scientific took the opportunity to challenge the students to utilize the power of imagination and to also think positively. “Everything I imagined as that little Prempeh College boy is coming to life”, he told rawgist.com’s Bernard Buachi.
He explains that the diaries are intended to help the young boys properly manage their time and achieve a balance among the various aspects of their lives including their academic and social lives.
Headmaster of Prempeh College; Samuel Fordjour was full of praise for the radio entertainer who is bringing a lot of positivity to the youth through radio. He encouraged other alumni to emulate the example of Kwame Scientific and give back to the school. He also encouraged the students to make good use of the books for their personal development in life.
Kwame Scientific, known outside showbiz as Kwame Poku currently runs shows on YFM-Kumasi and spends his off air periods inspiring local youth through talks and written messages.
