Mrs. Joyce Obeng passed on last night
Tributes continue to pour in hours after the death of the first lady of the Calvary Charismatic Centre (CCC).
rawgist.com has learnt Mrs. Joyce Obeng, wife of Rev. Ransford Obeng; General Overseer of CCC, had been unwell.
Though details are scanty, the church says details will be released on a later date.
In a story rawgist.com published alongside the Ghanaian Observer Newspaper, Mrs. Joyce Obeng outlined her life’s vision to build mini-clinics across the country to help the sick especially pregnant women in “hard-to-reach” locations.
The news of her passing last night has dealt a heavy blow to many who knew her directly and those who benefit from her ministry and also those who may have benefited from her vision.
“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of our First Lady, Mrs. Joyce Obeng, (Wife of Rev. Ransford Obeng – CCC), December 8, 2019.
Our Mother has gone to be with the Lord. Calvary Charismatic Centre–CCC–stands in mourning with the family of our Founder Rev. Ransford Obeng. Further details will be released on a later date” the church said.
