Live in harmony, share with others – Asabee urges Ghanaians at Christmas

LIVE IN HARMONY, SHARE WITH OTHERS—-ASABEE URGES GHANAIANS AT CHRISTMAS.

National Chairman hopeful for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hon Stephen Asamoah Boateng has urged Ghanaians to live in harmony with each other and embrace the new year with a renewed desire of becoming good citizens.

This, he said makes a better meaning to Christmas and the new year than anything else.

In his Christmas message, Asabee, a former Information Minister, appealed to the public to share whatever they have with those who do not have.

He posited that the birth of Christ symbolises peace and the art of sharing, adding that these two acts define appropriately the entry into the world of the Saviour and King of Life, Christ Jesus.

We publish in full the message from the man NPP members call ‘the most action oriented and the grassroots connector’,  Hon Stephen Asamoah Boateng.

MESSAGE FROM ASABEE
On occasion like this set aside to remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ our Saviour, may we humbly use the opportunity to reflect on the goodness of the Lord since the beginning of the year 2021.

The year 2021 has been a challenging year for nations, businesses and individuals but the Grace and Mercies of the Lord has sustained us and, this is the time to reflect and give Him back all the glory.

As we celebrate this Christmas, let us show love to all manner of persons, especially the vulnerable and poor in our communities for that is the purpose of being a Christian.

Colossians 3:14-16, 14-“Most of all, let love guide your life, for then the whole church will stay together in perfect harmony.
15-” Let the peace of heart that comes from Christ be always present in your hearts and lives, for this is your responsibility and privilege as members of his body. And always be thankful”.

16- “Remember what Christ taught, and let his words enrich your lives and make you wise; teach them to each other and sing them out in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing to the Lord with thankful hearts.”

In doing so, let us equally be conscious of the places we go because COVID-19 is still real. Let us stay alive to enjoy the goodness of the Lord.

I wish all, especially the good people of the New Patriotic Party a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.

#Stay safe
Stephen Asamoah Boateng (Hon)
