The Chief Executive officer of Alpha radio Sheik Mohammed Ridwan has advised all cooperate bodies and individuals who can afford to the help the needy especially prisoners during this pandemic to endeavor to do so.
In an interview with rawgist.com’s Joana Somiah, he stressed the need for prisoners need to be seriously thought of in these hard times.
He made the comments during a donation he made to inmates of the Kumasi Central Prison. The items he donated included maize , beans , tomatoes and other foodstuff.
The Ashanti Regional Commander of Prisons DDP Samuel Owusu Amponsah expressed his gratitude to the CEO and appealed to all to assist the prison in this time of hardship.
