Ghana Religion News-Jesus Revolution, an evangelism wing of the Global Outreach Center for the Great Commission church has stated its determination to reach every soul in the Ashanti Region with the message of the coming of Christ.
Speaking to the Ghanaian Observer Newspaper during the launch of an evangelism month, the Field Director, Reverend Alice Boateng-Sarpong said the wing is resolved to reach all the district capitals of Ashanti such as Ejisu, Effiduase, Kumawu and Juaben and others with the word of God.
This, she stated is the group’s commitment to the service of Christ Jesus in the Ashanti Region.
The group, Reverend Alice mentioned has been involved in evangelism since 2014 which has seen it touching the lives of the people of Kumasi.
‘’We are determined to go out to the world in this evangelism month and tell the people in our districts that Christ is coming back again’’, the field director noted with passion.

Mentioning the strategy the group is adopting to reach all districts in Ashanti, Rev Boateng-Sarpong said members will be zoned to spearhead the activities.
According to her, members will tour each of the districts starting this Saturday.
She noted by the schedule it has drawn up the entire districts in Ashanti will be reached by the 30th of September.
The group, whose make up is predominantly youth gather every Thursday in the central business of Adum to pray for the Nation as well as plan for its activities.
‘’It is interesting how our members are fired up to reach the districts of Ashanti with the message Christ and also make a statement that his coming is near’’, Rev Boateng Sarpong stated.
FUNDING:
The group’s activities, the field director revealed have been funded by its founder and leader, Apostle Dr Elvis Acheampong, US based Ghanaian preacher.
She also revealed that members and patrons of the group’s activities often donate to support the activities they do in the region.
The Jesus Revolution, Mama Alice, as the director is famously known indicated that they get support from its strong radio broadcasts.
She however urged Christian groups and individuals who are passionate about the work of God to donate to support the wing as it reaches out to the world with God’s word.
