The New Patrotic Party Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe in the Ashanti Region , Hon. Simon Osei Mensah has advised the people in the three northern regions to vote against the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate John Mahama as contestant in the December 7 polls.
“NDC and this government have taken voters from the North for a ride for so many years. …Vote against President Mahama for failing to bring development to you”.
“The President even comes from the North but has failed to make SADA, SUBA and GYEEDA successfully bridge the gap of poverty between you and others”
The MP uttered the advise on Peace FM Friday in a panel discussion.
The three northern regions; Upper East, Upper West and Northern Regions remain the strongest region for the NDC in terms of votes.
