A pastor with the Victory Power Chapel Worldwide in Kwadaso was killed yesterday and another left in critical condition after an accident in the Ashanti regional capital.
The accident occurred Friday on the Santasi-Anyinem road around 5pm. It involved two timber trucks and a Toyota corolla taxi cab. Eyewitnesses say the timber truck failed its breaks and run over the packed taxi after it was hit by another timber truck which was following it.
Apostle Steven Nana Bonsu died on the spot while the driver of the taxi was rushed to the Komfo Anokye teaching hospital in critical condition.
The Suntreso Commander of the Motor Traffic and Transport Department of the Ghana police ASP Edmund Jones Afutu who was at the scene of the accident says the police has began investigation into the cause of the accident
