Others are 10 boxes of dettol, 30 boxes of liquid soap, 50 bundles of tissue paper, bed sheets and pillow cases, bandages, napkins and diapers for the aged, among others.

According to the MP, the donation was his personal contribution to help the staff of the Ghana Health Service, especially the frontline workers in the district to respond and work effectively as and when Covid-19 cases are recorded at the various health facilities in the district.

The MP advised members of the public against politicizing the COVID-19 outbreak since that practice has the tendency to discourage people from contributing effectively to national efforts at fighting the pandemic stressing that the common enemy facing Ghanaians now is the Coronavirus and not political party partisanship.
