Learn from Nana Addo-Pastor Ransford Obeng urges youth

The General Overseer of the Kumasi based Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC), Pastor Ransford Obeng, has urged the younger generation of politicians to use the life of the president-elect Nana Akufo-Addo as guiding principle so as to make them focused.

According to him, Nana Addo had gone through a lot to become a refined person, adding this will forever humble him in all his future endeavors.

He insisted the recent victory of the NPP flag-bearer was testament of patience and humility, urging that God in his own time grants victory to the humble.

”Nana Addo has been broken by God through the massive defeats he suffered both in 2008 and 2012 teaching him to rather trust in him(God) than man”, Pastor Obeng posited.

UTTERANCES :
Pastor Obeng charged young politicians to watch the way they speak publicly since people will judge them by what they say.

He cautioned them to be circumspect in the way they describe their political opponents since God has proven that he is a game changer and could turn the political table anytime he wanted.

” I urge politicians especially the young ones to be cautious with the way they describe their opponents and how they treat leaders since God and the Ghanaian people had proven to repay those who speak evil of others for political gains”, Pastor Obeng advised.

The Charismatic leader registered his displeasure about the way some people spoke ill about the president-elect, adding ‘how can you say someone can’t be president when you are not God’.

PRAYERS:
Admonishing the church, Pastor Obeng  called on the youth not see the change of government as answer to all their problems but rather an opportunity to contribute their quota to the new ideas the NPP-led government will be bringing into the system.

He reminded the church to pray for both the outgoing government and incoming one for a peaceful transition.
” The best security was to pray that leaders do what will help the general populace so that life becomes bearable for all”, Pastor Obeng asserted.

”The bible cautions us not to trust men but good men are to be supported with prayers so that the decisions and plans they bring up benefits the entire populace”, Pastor noted
