Grace Mighty Malt officially launched in Ghana

mighty-malt-launch-4The new Grace Mighty Malt non-alcoholic drink from Grace Kennedy Ghana limited a subsidiary of Grace Foods UK Limited  has officially been launched on the Ghanaian market. According to Grace Kennedy Ghana limited the distinct look of the bottled and canned beverage, the revitalizing and energising nature of the drink makes it quite unique in its own right and has already taken the Ghanaian market by storm amid the growing economy of Ghana and the influx of the importation of many beverages.

At a short but colourful ceremony at the African Reagent Hotel in Accra, to launch the product, the General Manager of Grave Foods, Jerome Miles noted that the GraceKennedy Group which was established in Jamaica in 1922 comprises a varied network of some 60 subsidiaries and associated companies located across the Caribbean and in North and Central Americaand the United Kingdom.

He said, their operations span the food distribution, financial, insurance, remittance, hardware retailing and food-processing industries, adding that in 1995, GraceKennedy developed its 2020 Vision, the objective being to transform from a Jamaican trading company to a global consumer group by the year 2020. Grace Foods UK, he added, expects a significant sales uplift from a highly competitive price point which still provides a healthy margin to the company.

The event he mentioned was staged to unveil the Premium Malt beverage, a detailed brief of the next level campaign, plans and expectations of the company in the coming years. He also noted that Grace Foods UK is passionate about food, and no one knows more about Caribbean food and drink in the UK than them.

“We have a diverse and authentic range of products to offer, so whether you’re looking for a spicy sauce for a barbeque, a refreshing tropical drink, or a particular ingredient for a special recipe, we can help. The country Sales and Marketing Manager Mr. Adolf Dogbey with support from the General Manager Export East, Grace Foods UK Limited and the Chief Innovations Officer Grace Kennedy Jamaica were present to grace the occasion. Mr. Adolf Dogbey stressed that GraceKennedy stormed the Ghanaian market in 20112 with the high hopes of producing high quality products at competitive prices. He also indicated that they look at investing in Ghana for a long time as they intend to partner Ghanaian businesses for better service delivery and product expansion.
