Hon. Agyei Mensah Korsa making the donation to the CHPS centre
Hon. Martin Agyei Mensah Korsa, Deputy Minister for Regional Reorganization and also Sompa Hene of Techiman accompanied by Techiman South Constituency NPP executives Monday donated 5 hospital beds and mattresses to the Baamiri CHPS Compound in the Techiman municipality of Bono East region.
Speaking to Asta Fm’s Nana Kwadwo Adu in an interview at a short presentation ceremony, Hon. Agyei Mensah Korsah reiterated the President Nana Akuffo Addo led NPP government’s commitment to transform Ghana in all areas and improve the living standards of the people.
He said his outfit was also very focused on making people in the newly created regions especially Bono East see the massive for which his ministry was set up.
According to the Deputy Minister, apart from education he also had health at heart and would embark on many more projects and programs in that direction to improve quality health delivery in Techiman and Bono East at large.
He disclosed that, his donation was in fulfillment of a request made by people of Baamiri during one of his visits to the communities in the Techiman South Constituency.
Meanwhile, Nananom on behalf of Baamiri Hene Nana Asare Baffour received the items and also handed them over to Mrs. Iddrissah Florence, Techiman Municipal Director of Health and her staff who were all full of praises for the Deputy Minister.
