Youth urged to vote NPP for a better future

NPPYouth of this country are to vote for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming elections to bring the economy on track as they form the largest chunk of the population.

“Currently,  Ghanaians are not sure of their future  and I wonder if this government cares for your welfare  “, policy advisor to the NPP flagbearer , Mr. Boakye Agyarko has stated.

According to him, everything  about the economy is pointing negative  indicating  government is not on top of the job to bring relief to the ordinary Ghanaians.

Speaking to various youth groups in the party in Kumasi, the advisor pointed out that citizenry will only have better living conditions if there is a leader who cares about their welfare hence, Ghanaians should reject the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and vote NPP’s presidential candidate Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo to become president.

Hon. Agyarko who is also Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayawaso West Wuogon in the Greater Accra Region urged the supporters to eschew complacency and work hard to win more “souls” that could ensure resounding victory come December 7.

The MP accused NDC of planning to buy  their votes urging them to be more vigilant in choosing a president because their choice today will greatly affect their lives in future.

Earlier the National Youth Organzer, Mr.Sammy Awuku charged the youth not to be money conscious as the party will reward its hard working members after the polls.

He stated that it is sad that President John Mahama who calls himself a “youth” has ignored policies introduced  by former President J.A.Kuffour intended to help the youth.

He said the youth in Ghana should therefore see NDC and President Mahama as someone  who has nothing good to offer them.

MP for Oforikrom Constitency, Hon.  Elizabeth Agyemang promised to support the youth financially to enable them carry the activities of campaigning for Nana Akuffo Addo and the NPP.
