Yammin declares war on Obuasi seat

yammFormer Deputy Ashanti regional minister Joseph Yammin has declared war on one of the NPP seats in Obuasi saying it will fall to the NDC in 2016.

The man who many say holds the key to the NDC’s 1 million Ashanti vote target spoke during an empowerment programme held by the Local Entrepreneurs League, an initiative of the Municipal Chief Executive of Obuasi, Kwasi Ofori Agyemang Boadi.

The programme was to assist artisans and entrepreneurs with tools and equipment to enable them work better towards the growth of the area. Various tools including hair driers, shovels,various carpentary tools among several others.

The former Deputy Ashanti minister encouraged judicious use of the tools and equipment provided them to improve their lives and reminded the people that the John Mahama led NDC government is on course with its better Ghana agenda.

Joseph Yammin who would not specify which seat also revealed that one of the parliamentary seats in Obuasi will fall to the NDC in 2016.

Also present at the programme was the Ashanti regional NDC youth organiser, Brogya Genfi.
