Stop the lies and stealing and Ghana will develop-Pastor Ransford to Ghanaians
Founder and Leader of the Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) has advised Ghanaians to be honest and eschew lies and theft in all their dealings.
Pastor Ransford Obeng who was speaking in an interview with Oyerepa FM and the Ghanaian observer Newspaper was deeply worried about the depth of dishonesty in the country and explained that “if you work with a Ghanaian, he is likely to steal from you”.
He said “it is important that we live honest lives, every businessman will tell you how difficult it is to get honest people to work with in Ghana, even the Pastors lie, steal and get people to bear false witness”.
He explained that it will be very difficult for the country to develop without integrity from members of the society and challenge Ghanaians to take up honesty and see the nation develop.
He also advised Ghanaians to reach back and pick up the communal spirit that used to be the norm in times past. “In the past, the wealthy person in the family would build a big round house for all the family members. He would look out for the rest of the family who are not as rich. This helped mitigate their plight and eased suffering. The situation now is however different considering how people only look out for themselves and their nuclear families. This is another cause for great suffering in the country”.
