MEDIA RELEASE: MTN rewards customers in special Yello D’lite loyalty programme

mtnMTN, the leading brand in mobile voice and data services is rewarding loyal customers with digital devices aimed at enhancing their experience on the network.

The customer reward scheme introduced four years ago is dubbed MTN Y’ello D’lite. It is one of several initiatives MTN has adopted to create a distinct customer experience in line with MTN’s mission to”make our customers lives a whole lot brighter.”

Since the inception of MTN Y’ello D’Lite, over two thousand high-end handsets have been presented to MTN customers.

In 2015, more than three hundred customers are being rewarded with items such as 3G-enabled handsets from renowned handset brands and power banks. Beneficiaries of these handsets are typically engaged by MTN’s customer relationship managers before the gifts are presented.

A customer, Dzifa Gunu who is a proud beneficiary of the MTN Y’ello D’lite scheme expressed her excitement with friends and loved ones on Facebook on receiving the handset. Dzifa was very grateful to MTN for such recognition.

Commenting on MTN Y’ello D’lite program, the Chief Marketing Officer for MTN Ghana, Mr. Rahul De said, “We appreciate the confidence customers have in the MTN brand; it is what makes us number one in the industry. This gives us the motivation to continually offer the best value propositions to enhance their telecommunication needs”.

Other programs being undertaken to delight customers include the MTN Movie Mania programme, which offers customers movie tickets for Silverbird Cinema in Accra and other specified locations in the regions. Another exciting gift for customers is the MTN birthday cake, which many recipients are excited to receive.

The MTN Supa Dash, which was launched recently, also allows customers to win sleek smart-phones from brands like Nokia and Samsung after meeting a usage target over a six-month period.

MTN continues to reward customers through promotions such as the M’afe Nie promotion, and the Season of Surprises under which three customers have each recently become the proud owner of a three-bedroom house.

Several other customers have become owners of sleek Kia Rio vehicles, iPhone 6 plus phones and many more items under the M’afe Nie promotion.
