We came across this video on the internet and it rise an interesting topic whether one could be arrested for playing certain music ? We have debated on this for about week trying to find legal bases which police can be use to arrest someone just for playing a certain song. The song in question here is a brand new single from Ticles which is title “SALAMATU”. A Whistle blower alert the police that someone in his neighborhood is playing a certain Song (”SALAMATU”) . The police went to the house and arrest the young man who was playing the song. The problem is under what criminal law the police stands on to make the arrest. We will like to know if police services have legal bases to arrest someone for such incident?
