Metropolitan, municipal and district Assemblies in the Ashanti region have signed on to a performance agreement .
The performance contract was introduced by Local Government Service Secretariat to improve production, develop competence and job satisfaction for workers of the Assemblies.
Speaking at a ceremony to sign the performance contract, the head of service at the Local Government Service secretariat Calissus Mahama explained what the performance contract entails.
