Yammin questions Nana Addo on graduate unemployment

Former Ashanti regional NDC Secretary; Joseph Yammin has questioned President Akufo Addo on his views on graduate unemployment relative to university curriculum.

Speaking to rawgist.com, in response to the President’s assertion that University curriculum is the cause of graduate unemployment in the country, Joseph Yammin believes the President does not know what he is talking about.

“Since when did he realize that? Didn’t he know that when he was promising jobs left, right and centre?”

The aspiring Ashanti regional chairman of the NDC says the President’s explanation of the unemployment situation is a “defeatist approach to tackling the problem”.

“Former President John Dramani Mahama was very much tackling the problem head-on by ensuring infrastructure was built to employ the teeming graduates and professionals but people kept criticizing him”. Joseph Yammin believes firmly that the problem of youth unemployment would have reduced drastically by now with a John Mahama administration still in power.
