Senegal has secured rights to host the next edition of the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) tournament in September next year.
Senegal who failed to make a semi-final berth in the first edition, will this time around have the opportunity to follow in Ghana’s shoes to be the second country to host and win the tournament.
Losing finalist in the first edition, Nigeria, has gotten the nod to host the subsequent edition in 2021.
Sports broadcasting network Fox Sports will telecast all the matches live across Africa and the world at large.
