A twenty year old man who was arrested for raping a seventy year old woman on her farm has been remanded in police custody.
The man whose name has been given as Yaw Amos is reported to have committed the dastardly act in Sampa in the Brong Ahafo Region.
Yaw Amos went into hiding until he was arrested by a neighborhood watch committee while stealing food stuff on another person’s farm.
Public relations officer of the Brong Ahafo Police ASP Christopher Tawiah tells ultimate news; he is to reappear before the court on the twelfth of February.
