Tweneboah Kodua to sweep B/A votes

With barely three weeks left for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to go for its national conference in Koforidua to elect national executives for the next four years, there are strong indications that the national organizer position would be fiercely fought for by the two leading contenders, Sammi Awuku and Tweneboa Kodua.

Interestingly, the Bron- Ahafo Region seemed to have pitched camp with Tweneboa Kodua, a candidate they feel has worked in the region for long.

Having been the brain behind the formation of the student wing of the party, TESCON in the Sunyani Technical University and Sunyani Polytechnic and other private universities in the region, the delegates from our investigation want to reward the calm mannered candidate for his faithfulness.

From the streets of Sunyani, Mim and Berekum, posters bearing the portrait of the candidate who is popularly called Dr TK swarms up the arenas.

AWARDS:

At a function last week at the Sunyani Technical University, the TESCON patrons and executives conferred honors on the aspiring organizer.

In a citation read by the Council of Patrons chairman, the school extolled the sterling qualities of the candidate from the Ashanti Region.

They noted having travelled to study in the Brong Ahafo for his university degree Tweneboa Kodua devoted his time and energy to propagate the good news about the NPP to students on campuses of the universities and polytechnics in B.A.

This, the Patrons noted was exemplary and worthy of commendation, adding there is no doubt T.K would be a good ambassador for the party in any position he works at in the NPP.

APPRECIATION:

Expressing appreciation to the patrons, students and the entire TESCON family, Mr Kodua told the Ghanaian Observer Newspaper that he has been humbled by the honor done him by the University.

According to him, this is the second time the Sunyani Technical University was honoring him for the work he did while studying in the Brong-Ahafo Region.

Mr Kodua mentioned his determination to put his wealth of knowledge about grass-root work to the disposal of the NPP.

This, he noted informs his decision to contest and win the upcoming national organizer position of the NPP so he can instill discipline in the way grass-root work is carried out by the party.

‘’I am determined to use the spirit of TESCON in me to work to ensure I win the national organizer position and implement grass-root policies that will encourage our members to give off their best for victory 2020’’, Mr Kodua noted passionately.
