Tolon has gotten its share of development projects-Sammi Awuku reminds residents

Sammi Awuku, the National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has reminded residents of Tolon constituency of the development projects extended to it by the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo government.

He therefore asked them to look upon the massive projects and vote to renew the mandate of President Akufo-Addo to enjoy more of such projects.

Mr Awuku who toured the villages in the constituency on Friday said 10 villages had so far benefited from the one village one dam policy of the NPP.

15 communities in Tolon, the national organiser also noted has been connected to the national electrification grid.

HISTORY:
Tracing down memory lane, Mr Awuku said the NPP had also benefitted from the human resource potential in Tolon.

He noted that Alhaji Yakubu Taali, running mate to Victor Owusu of the then Peoples Front Party (PFP) was an indigene of Tolon.

Mr Awuku said the NPP following up from that time has benefitted from the wisdom of the people of Tolon.

He intimated the determination to flood the constituency with infrastructural projects in the party’s second term in office.

APPEAL:
The National Organiser appealed to the people to vote massively for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on December 7.

He also asked them to endorse the candidature of the Alhaji Habib Iddrisu in the parliamentary election.

The organiser stressed that a second term of office for Nana Addo and an endorsemenet of Alhaji Habib would mean that residents want progress at a faster rate in Tolon.

“We in the NPP has benefitted from the human resource potentials in this constituency and would want to cement our relationship with the people as we ask that they vote massively for both President Akufo-Addo and Alhaji Habib on December 7th “, Mr Awuku appealed.
