Tamale High Court orders rerun of Kpandai parliamentary election

The Tamale High Court has annulled the 2024 parliamentary election results for the Kpandai constituency in the Northern Region.

In a ruling on Monday morning, the court presided over by Justice Emmanuel Brew Plange ordered a rerun of the election within 30 days.

The court held that the election was flawed with widespread irregularities.

The seat is currently being occupied by the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Mathew Nyindam.
