The Chief Executive officer of NTK Ventures Mr. Ntim Twumasi Kwaku has advised Chiefs to stop giving out undesirable lands for development projects.
He lamented that many chiefs give rubbish dumps with giant heaps of rubbish to developers for development projects.
He cautioned that such behavior will eventually put off investors since they have to spend significantly more to prepare the land for the project.
He was speaking to www.rawgist.com during the commissioning of a 16-seater public toilet with four bathrooms his company built at Bonwire in the Ashanti region.
Mr. Ntim Twumasi Kwaku who is physically challenged also encouraged contractors to consider people with disabilities when constructing public facilities such as toilets and other structures.
