The PGB CEO appealed to the public to always join in cleaning the surroundings they work from.

He also asked government to support private persons and groups that go their way to clean the communities they live in.

This, he noted will motivate people to carry out voluntary ventures that has the potential of making our societies clean, peaceful and secured.

Mr Boakye, however, urged the Police administration to assign the youth in police persons posted to their outfit to the various market squares in the city to ensure they arrest those who litter across the streets.

‘’I appeal to government to reward and support persons who go their way to organize activities such as clean up exercises and medical screenings so as to serve as encouragement to others’’, Mr Boakye intimated.

COMMENDATION:

Commending the Suame Municipal Assembly, the PGB CEO noted the support they extended to him to conduct the clean-up exercise at the roundabout.

He praised the MCE and the coordinating director for their excellent human relations at the assembly.

Mr Boakye urged residents to take advantage of the open door policy of the Assembly to report any activities they find questionable in the municipality to authorities.

‘’I thank the MCE and the coordinating director for their support and assistance to my outfit’’, Mr Boakye noted with delight.
