www.rawgist.com chanced upon this fountain that wasn’t working and was as dirty as the pictures show at the entrance of the country’s premier Science and Technology University.
There were plastic bags all over and a look into the stagnant pond revealed an awful mix of plastic bags, heavy fungal growth and others that make the entrance very unsightly.
The amazing thing is that, this situation is situated not far from one of the most important hospitals in the Ashanti region.
We hope authorities would take note and clear up this disgrace.
