Our President and our Scientists have done due delegence on Covid 19 vaccine; let’s embrace it – MCE
HON. Alfred Amoah , MCE, Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai, has assured residents of the Municipality of the safety of the COVID-19 vaccine and has encouraged them to allow themselves to be vaccinated when the time is due .
He enumerated this in Bibiani when the assembly launched free distribution of ten thousand (10,000) nose masks and eight thousand (8,000) alcohol based hand sanitizers in the three traditional capitals that form the municipality; Bibiani-Anhwiaso , Chirano, and Sefwi Bekwai respectively.
HON. Alfred Amoah urged the people to trust the president, health authorities and FDA and accept the vaccine.
The Paramount Chief of Sefwi Bekwai traditional area, Oyeadeeye Basape Kwadwo Armah lll eulogized President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo and the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai municipal assembly for their kind gesture .
Apart From the numerous nose masks and hand sanitizers given to the Bekwai traditional council, four thousand (4,000) nose masks and three thousand (3,000) hand sanitizers were distributed to market men and women , drivers and passengers and hawkers in Sefwi Bekwai today and six thousand (6,000) nose masks and five thousand hand sanitizers are scheduled for distribution on Friday in Bibiani.
Some of the beneficiaries in Sefwi Bekwai market and lorry station expressed their gratitude to the president and the assembly led by hon Alfred Amoah and asked for more .
