Nana Nteboa Pra IV shines at 8th UCIA Global Achievers’ Awards in Kumasi

Nana Nteboa Pra IV has advised young people in Ghana to continue working hard even if it seems no one is recognizing their toil. He says their hard work will definitely pay off.

Nana Nteboa Pra IV, a divisional Chief at Hemang Prestea was speaking to rawgist.com after he received an award from the United Clergy International Association (UCIA) for his services and commitment to the wellbeing of his community.

He believes the award will shoot him and his projects into the limelight and make people and potential partners take them more seriously and support his projects. He says it will afford people the opportunity to take cues from him in order to better their lots and the communal wellbeing and added that “Service to mankind is more important than service to self”.

The award winner has been dwelling on two major areas; Education and Health. He has supported young people in education, donated loads of educational materials to schools in his community and held health screening exercises that has benefited countless people.

He has single-handedly constructed a bridge we are told cost close to one hundred thousand cedis and is currently constructing a six-unit classroom block estimated at six hundred and fifty thousand cedis (GHC650,000.00) for the people of Hemang-Prestea.

Nana Nteboa Pra IV won the award on the same stage as other prominent citizens including minister of Education; Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Chiefs, Members of Parliament, Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives, Businessmen and Religious leaders.
