Nana Addo can better our lives when we register-Dennis Kwakwa

The Ashanti Regional Youth Organiser, Dennis Kwakwa has urged particularly the youth to go out and register in the ongoing voter registration exercise by the Electoral Commission.

According to the youth leader,  the lives of the youth and others can become better  when they take part in the ongoing process aimed at enabling the populace to vote in the upcoming elections on December 7.

Speaking to the Ghanaian Observer newspaper, Mr Kwakwa intimated that the development programs so far carried out by the Nana Addo government was made possible  because Ghanaians voted for him in 2016.

“A retention of Nana Addo in 2020 as President would pave way for more progressive development of the country in all its sectors”, Mr Kwakwa noted.

SERIOUSNESS:
Mr Kwakwa indicated that registering to vote was serious business.

Developed Countries, the youth organiser posited have become self supporting because they chose good leaders.

He therefore noted that registering to votes should be taken serious at all times when opportunity is given to the populace to do so.

“The country needed a focused leader whose preoccupation would be to create jobs for the youth just as Nana Addo has done in almost four years”, Mr Kwakwa posited.

DETERMINATION OF YOUTH WING:
Mr Kwakwa indicated the determination of the youth wing to continue with its regular visitations across the region to ensure all eligible persons get registered in the ongoing EC exercise.

He said the wing has so far with support from national leaders sent out party agents across the constituencies in the region to monitor the registration exercise.

Another batch, the youth leader said have been engaged in rallying people across nooks and crannies to register so they could vote in 2020, Mr Kwakwa disclosed.

“As a wing we have been determined to ensure that all who are due to be captured on the voter roll get the chance to do so”, Mr Kwakwa said.
