MTN donates hampers to X’mas babies

 

MTN Ghana boxing day donated hampers to babies born on Christmas day.

The hampers which contain baby items were donated simultaneously across ten regions within the country.

In the Ashanti region, 30 hampers were donated in all; 20 to mothers at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and 10 to mothers at the Agogo Hospital.

Area sales manager for Ashanti and Brong Ahafo; Kwasi Osei Hyeaman who spoke to rawgist.com after the donation explained that MTN does the donation annually as a show of love. He assured that the donation has run for many years and will continue unabated.

Senior midwifery officer in charge of the maternity ward; Mary Adjei expressed gratitude to MTN for the kindness extended to the mothers. She also revealed that 13 babies were born on Christmas day at the facility.
