A gender activist, Dr Joyce Aryee has indicated that understanding the potential of using technology in motherhood is extremely critical, explaining that mothers can work from home and be productive as being physically present at the work place.
She was also not enthused by the current practice were working mothers due to their tight work schedules leave their children at nursery schools and picked them up later after close of work.
Dr Joyce Aryee who’s also the Executive Director of Salt and Light Ministry spoke to rawgist.com as the world celebrated Mother’s Day on Sunday May 11th 2014.
Dr. Joyce Aryee further advised parents with tight work schedules to discuss and sacrifice aspects of their career by putting it on hold in order to spend more time with their kids.
