Kofi Jumah Election violence case adjourned to 29th June

kofi-jumahThe Kumasi court 2 has adjourned to 29th June 2015 in a case involving former Asokwa Member of Parliament, Maxwell Kofi Jumah and his campaign manager Richard Oscar.

The legislator has been charged with causing damage to electoral materials belonging to the electoral commission. His manager, Richard Oscar is also charged with preventing lawful police arrest.

The Kumasi circuit court 2 presided over by Afia Adu Amankwa admitted the two to a bail of 10,000 Ghana cedis with one surety.

The two have also been asked to report to the Asokwa police station every Friday. Lawyer Osei Prempeh is the counsel for the accused.
