I’m not violent -Deputy chief of Staff replies critics

jonny_oseikofi1The Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr Jonny Osei-Kofi says nothing within his blood and veins can make him a violent person or politician.

According to him, nothing of violent tendencies excites him having been brought up well and also risen so high to become an educationist.

Addressing market women as well as party sympathizers at separate meetings at the Anloga Onion market and Anloga-Sobolo, all communities within the Oforikrom constituency, Mr Osei Kofi rubbished claims by the Assin-North MP, Kennedy Agyepong that he was scheming to use violence in the upcoming polls.

Mincing no words, Mr Osei Kofi said, ‘I have never been violent nor used same to achieve anything in life since such crude ways has never won anything meaningful’.

STRATEGY:
The Deputy Chief of Staff hinted of plans to harness the human potentials of the communities in the Oforikrom constituency for development.

According to him, having been a community which delights in the total education of men and women efforts will be expended by him to turn these energies of the youth for meaningful ventures.

‘’More people will be empowered to either train others with the skills they have learnt in school as those needing support are provided with the needed incentive for upgrade’’, Mr Kofi intimated.

The NDC candidate also promised to empower women in the community, insisting many would be provided with start-up capital so as to enable them begin some form of business or trade.

CHANGE:
Explaining why the constituency needed a change in leadership, Mr Osei Kofi believed the community needed someone who could be a proper agent of development unlike the previous representatives who did little to effect change in the lives of the people.

According to him, the Oforikrom community no longer delights in the construction of places of convenience but a total transformation that would also affect the living standards of residents.

‘’We need someone who would help us to get all these deserved social amenities as well as an enhancement of our living standards through the provision of jobs’’, the Deputy Chief of Staff stated passionately.

Accompanied by the Oforikrom NDC constituency executives, Mr Osei Kofi hinted of more outreach campaign so as to reach every household with the message of change.
