House of Faith Ministries to revive church leaders

Ghana Religion News-The House of Faith Ministries Worldwide will from Monday the 13th to the 17th of August play host to Christian leaders and ministers of the gospel in a summit dubbed ‘leaders that last’.

Speaking ahead of the upcoming conference, Reverend Ernest Ekuoba-Gyasi told the media that this conference will be a semblance of revival in the church.

Rev Ekouba believes the Christian church has become laid back for too long and needed such an outpouring of fresh oil to operate.

Leaders billed to address this summit include the famous Dr Bobby Hill (USA), Bishop Joel Thomas, Rev Ansere Bompong (UK), Dr Oppong Adu Gyamfi, Rev Yaw Owusu Achiaw, Dr Nana Acheampong, Dr Isaac Quaye as well as the host, Reverend Alfred Nyamekye.

‘’We as a church are glad to say this upcoming conference will light the path of ministers of the gospel to steer the course of  faith till we end well ’’, Rev Ekouba-Gyasi posited.

DETAILS:

Tracing the history of the conference, Reverend Gyasi said the leaders’ summit has been a yearly occurrence.

He, however, noted for some time now it has been occurring at two years intervals with speakers coming from across the globe.

The vision of the conference, he mentioned is to imbibe discipline into the manner and conduct of gospel ministers across the world.

He observed some church leaders in Ghana and in Africa have been deviating from the principles and lifestyle of Christ, adding House of FAITH Ministries carefully designs these conferences to address such misbehavior.

‘’Currently we are witnesses to some weird manner some persons who call themselves men of God behave in the pulpit and it is to address such misbehavior that we at HOFM are committed to having such revival conferences for it to help last in ministry’’, Rev Ekuoba noted.

EXPECTATIONS:

With an expected participation of about 2,000 people in the conference, the General Secretary envisages transformation in the ministry of Christ.

He stressed that with the background of the speakers those who will attend the conference will have dramatic encounter with the Holy Spirit.

The conference, he believed will stir up the gifts of the Holy Spirit in Pastors and church leaders so as to help them function more effectively.

With the General Overseer, Reverend Nyamekye who is considered as an Apostle of Missions in attendance, the General Secretary expects the church to take on the world with evangelism after the conference.

‘’Knowing the passion our General Overseer attaches to missions there is every indication that God will anoint those who come for the conference to revive efforts at winning more souls into the Kingdom of God’’, the General Secretary noted passionately.
