Various photographers, digital media enthusiasts and the general public will be embarking on a 3-hour walk to explore and capture historical, natural sites and landmarks and also experience the “warmth of Ho”.
This event, aimed at opening up the Volta regional capital digitally, boost businesses, attract investment opportunities through the sharing of well-optimized photos online and “accurately editing the Ho Wikipedia page”, is the brainchild of The Global shapers Ho Hub of the World Economic Forum in partnership with Ho Node; a digital innovation hub.
The PhotoWalk is scheduled for 1st April, 2017 and will kick off at the Asogli State Palace at 7am. Key places to be captured will include Parks and Gardens, Roman Catholic church, Ho market, Ho sports stadium, Klefe waterfall, Volta Serene Hotel, Volta Star Radio, Volta House of Chiefs, Ho Technical University among many others.
