Hope Xchange medical Centre wants road network fixed

The Management and staff of Hope Xchange medical Centre has made a passionate appeal to the urban roads department through the Ashanti regional Minister as a matter of urgency fix the road from the Santasi Opoku Ware Senior High School (SHS) to Apre.

According to Mr. Dominic Osei Kofi, the General Manager of HopeXchange Medical Centre, a newly built Roman Catholic Church health facility which is now in full operation somewhere along the road in question laments that the road is the only access road to the health facility.

He laments that the road leading to the facility which serves many within a wide radius is in very deplorable state.

He explains that the facility have government posted Doctors and Nurses, and specializes in eye treatments and the treatment of general ailments.

He said the only challenge the facility is facing now is the bad nature of the road which discourages the public from seeking healthcare at the facility.

He indicated that, at least at the moment 100 patients visit the 80 bed capacity facility daily, and disclosed that, the facility is well staffed and also boasts of three laboratories, three theatres, while Xray and records keeping are computerized. “This means you don’t have to queue to access any of these services at our facilities”, he explained and elaborated on several other facilities the hospital has that makes it one of a kind.
