Ghana Entertainment News-Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer and songwriter; KiDi says he lacks the energy to engage in lyrical wars in the Ghanaian music industry.

He would rather focus his energy on making people happy and inspiring them with his music.

Currently, some of the highly recognized musicians in the country are engaged in lyrical wars popularly known as “beefs” with each other. Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Samini and Stonebwoy are among the notable figures that easily come to mind engaged in “beefs”.

KiDi, known outside showbiz as Dennis Nana Dwamena spoke to GHone TV’s Eli Kharis in a backstage interview during BF Suma Ghana Connect.

He aspires to get his name mentioned all over the world in five years. “In 5 years’ time, if you have a show and KiDi is not on it or KiDi is not on your album, it is not complete” he said.

Asked whether he would choose fortune or fame if given the chance, the Lynx entertainment artiste said he will choose fortune any day.
