Fatau Dauda’s Save Voted 5th Best Save At Ongoing FIFA World Cup

daudaFIFA has voted Ghana goalkeeper Fatau DaUda’s save against Portugal as the 5th best save so far in the on-going FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

27-year old DaUda put up a remarkable performance when the Black Stars took on Portugal in their final group game on June 26 in Brasilia where he pulled out some excellent saves against A Selecção.

The Ghana shot-stopper blocked a tremendous header from Portugal marksman Cristiano Ronaldo on the line in a game which saw the Black Stars losing 2-1 to Portugal.

Mexico’s Gulliemo Ochoa holds the top save so far at this year’s World Cup, followed by United States Tim Howard, with Argentina shot-stopper Sergio Romero occupying the third position. Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama lie forth while Algeria’s Rais M’Bohli stays at the sixth position. Julio Ceaser of Brazil takes the seventh.
