Dr. S.K. Nuamah gives to Kwadaso Education Directorate

Dr S.K Nuamah, Member of Parliament (MP) for Kwadaso last week presented some office items including two laptops, three desktop computers, two printers, an office safe, a cabinet and other computer accesories to the Kwadaso Education Directorate.

The gesture was to aid the offices provide quality and efficient service to the people and schools in the Kwadaso municipality.

Speaking at a brief ceremony to hand over the items, the youthful MP said it was always a delight to give to support a worthy cause.

According to him, education is the best pivot in turning fortunes of society around, adding that any investments into that sector will never be wasteful.

“As someone who by God’s grace have immensely benefitted from education i see it as a privilege to support any initiative that would help others have the best form of same and hence the decision to give these items to enable this directorate perform at optimum levels”, Dr S.K Nuamah stated.

PROMISE:
The Kwadaso legislator promised the directorate furniture and other needful items.

He disclosed that in two weeks time chairs and tables to all the offices needing same would be made available to the staff.

Dr S.K Nuamah urged the staff and workers at the directorate to put in their best in ensuring that the Municipality performs well in all levels of education in the country.

He called on the inspectorate division to intensify its monitoring so that challenges that have the potential of inhibiting top notch performance from teachers and students in the municipality is tackled.

“Kwadaso must be counted among the Municipalities doing well in the educational sector and i urge that all efforts are expended by this directorate in achieving that for the good people of this community”, Dr S.K Nuamah appealed.

DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION:
Mrs Grace Ofosu Boateng, Director of Education at Kwadaso commended the MP for the gesture.

She noted that the donation was very timely since the unavailability of the items provided was hindering the rate and pace of work at the directorate.

Mrs Boateng called on other generous and well to do persons in the community  to help out any way they could so as to resource the directorate.

She said investments in education was needful since it had far reaching benefits for the people of the community as well the area’s development.

“I have the firmest belief that through education and the investments in same this country would develop faster and churn out the best of human resource to the world”, the Director posited.
