Petr Cech will miss the remainder of Chelsea’s season after he suffered a shoulder injury in the UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg 0-0 draw at Atletico Madrid.
Captain John Terry willalso not play again before the Lisbon final – if Chelsea get there – after he limped out of the contest at the Vicente Calderon in the second half.
Jose Mourinho confirmed after the game that Cech, who was forced off in the 18th minute, will not feature again for the remainder of the campaign.
