The western north regional Minister and MP for Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Hon.Kingsley Aboagye has categorically condemned violence against journalists.
He was speaking at the world press freedom day held at the western north regional capital Sefwi Wiawso.
He was worried the trend of violence against journalists based on their reportage was gaining roots in the country.
He also admonished journalists to discharge their duties creditably and professionally to enhance the democratic progress of the country.
